Nicole Scott joins T.R. Basketball Management
Nicole Scott, a 1.88m graduate from EWU, joined T.R. Basketball Management
as her exclusive basketball representative. Nicole is a strong, mobile post
player. She can score with her back to the basket as well as face up. She has
excellent post moves with great footwork, strong going to the basket with either
hand, and a solid passer out of the post. Nicole’s versatility enables her to
show her outstanding shooting range to the three point line, as well as her
ability to shoot off the dribble. Nicole runs the floor very well with good
speed. Her IQ for the game is an asset as she makes good decisions with the
ball. She is a strong defender on the block. She has terrific timing to block a
lot of shots, she has good length to cover the key, and she has quick hands that
lead to many tips and steals. Because she is versatile, Nicole also has the
ability to defend on the perimeter as well.
During the 08 – 09 season she had an impressive streak of consecutive free throws made with 29 straight from Nov. 25 - Feb. 7, just two shy of being one of the 22 longest such streaks in Division I history. In that season she also led the league in free throw shooting in Big Sky games by making on 86.5% of her shots. Was ranked 2nd in the Big Sky Conference in blocks per game with 1.34, an average.
